| We are interested in staying in rural locations in Europe, especially France, Italy and Spain (European Summer). We would also be open to rural locations close to the beach. We love older-style homes and farmhouses with character, history and understated style - shiny, big modern homes are not really our style! In saying that though, it does need to be clean and comfortable. We would like to stay in or around little villages with local food markets etc.
We are also interested in visiting Morocco for a stay in the mountains and in Fez.
We would be open to discussing a non-simultaneous exchange. Please email us with any suggestions or propositions. We look forward to hearing from you.

We prefer to stay in a quiet street relatively close to the most popular sites. We need a house with a good garden where our children can play safely.
preferably near some form of public transport, but if we have a car this not so vital.
We would like a shorter stay in Paris, which would be quite different from the quieter house swap of a smaller town, say in the south of France or England. In Paris we would like to be nearer to the centre of the city if possible . ..... but please tempt us with a surprise .
