| We are planning a long term home exchange on (or close to) the Camino de Santiago this summer/fall: august/sept - nov/dec 2010. Because Femke really liked her "Camino"-trip this spring, we would like to go back together for a longer time, so we can enjoy and experience this vibrant energy of the people and nature on the way!
Other short visits are also welcome during the year... New York, San Francisco, Spain (Barcelona,Madrid,Sevilla,Bilbao), Italie (Rome, Toscany, Firenze, Sicilia), Iceland, Berlin, Scandinavia (Copenhagen, Stockholm), Portugal (Porto, Lisbon), Paris, Riga, Prague. Besides city-trips we like NATURE! E.g. mountaineering in the Alps, walking trails in Scotland, etc. Nearby exchanges for 3 days to the waddeneilanden (Schier, Terschelling, Ameland) or Belgium (Brussel, Brugges, Antwerp) will be nice too!

| Vancouver Island would be great, all along the west coast of the US too. We are very interested in an exchange with Portland, Oregon. And although spring is for now our preferred season, autumn and winter could work too. Summer probably, just try us. As artists we use the exchange to work in different places, that's why we prefer longer periods like 2-3 months. But for 2010 3-6 weeks would do if it was in Seattle or Portland.
On the long term (after 2010) other countries and continents have our interest as well. For 2010 we have arranged for an exchange with Portland, OR. So new plans need to be for 2011.
We are away from our place december 25th-january 21 2011, so our apartment could be for rent for those 4- weeks. (also from september 6th - october 6th 2010) |

Outside of the summer vacation, we're open to weekend destinations in Europe or long weekends in New York.
One of the options we'd like to explore is spending two weeks in a really big house in the south of France with a group of friends/family. Another destination on our wishlist is Sedona, Arizona.
