The apartment is located in a condo at Barra da Tijuca, with all services included. The building has a swimming pool, sports courts, tennis, wet sauna, pool bar, a nice restaurant (with service delivery).
My apartment has two suites with closets,a third bedroom, all with air conditioning,cable TV and internet.
The living room has TV,home theater.It also has a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea and the lagoon. The kitchen is all-equipped with dishwasher, freezer, microwave , laundry, etc...

It tooks ten minutes to go to the beach, by crossing beautiful Marapendi's Lagoon in a small boat, which is property of condo(leaves every 30 minutes). Barra da Tijuca is considered as the "Brazilian Miami" because of its modern buildings with balconies, large condos, fine homes, many malls and shopping centers, fine restaurants, and many theaters.
Five minutes walking from the apartament there is one of the best malls in Rio, called "Rio Design Barra" , with designer shops , luxury items, and excellent restaurants, movie theaters and bookstores.
All amenities are available nearby the condo, like bakery, grocery, drugstores, easy transportation to anywhere. Taxi is also very cheap in Rio.
We are a 30-minute drive away from Copacabana, Ipanema and Leblon beaches(the most popular destinations in Rio).The famous "Sugar Loaf" and "Cristo Redentor" tourist spots are located close there.
"Buzios", a beatiful city with several beachs for diving, surfing and relax, is located at the east area of the state, about 2 hours away driving from Rio.
A little further to the west of state you have "Angra dos Reis" a beatiful bay with a lot of places to dive, rent boats to see one of the picturesque and beatiful area of the Rio coast.
The temperature of the ocean here is warm so you can go to the beach anytime.
The climate is perfect the temperatures ranging about - 86F - almost year round.
Besides all the sightseeing Rio offer, there are many other different and beatiful places just a short drive away. I'm sure that if you came to Rio, you will love it!

We are open to any destination. We love to travel so you can tempt us. Who knows?

We are a couple that loves to travel, I have already retired but my husband still works ... so we have to schedule travel in advance. We have two grown up boys (18,36). The older one is married, and lives with his wife at other location. The young one live whith us and is at college.
Our family loves sports like tennis, surfing, diving, swimming, hiking, biking and so on. We made four swaps at all and had a great time in all of them.
