Paris, France. Luxury 3 bedrooms flat (130 m²) in a Hausmanian building (typical french building from the 19th century), with old wooden floor, mouldings and fireplaces, in the very stylish 16th arrondissement. The flat has been refurbished 1 year ago and is located in a very quite area. There is no other building opposite our flat since the view is on trees and a parc (Jardin du Ranelagh, see photos attached). There will be a house keeper 3 times a week for cleaning, ironing...

RANELAGH is the closest tube station and is 3 min away on foot. There are also all sorts of food shops (Meat, Cheese, bread) in the surounding street.

We have 2 children (1 girl 5 year old and 1 boy 3 year old). Don't worry, they behave very well...I'm an home designer and my husband is a golf fan.
We are also antics lovers: you will see that in our flat !
