Nuestra casa
Our house is a flat of 120 square meters with 3 bedrooms, an office, living room, kitchen and two bathrooms. It has two single beds, one double bed and a sofa bed for two. The flat is in a building with only 5 homes with elevator. It is just 900m from the center, ie a 15 minute walk from the cathedral. The house has been refurbished in 2006 and is fully equipped and heated hot-cold. Would be possible to provide a parking space. We are not smokers, but if you want you can use the terrace.
Our house is 1h10 minutes from Cádiz or Huelva's beaches, the best in Andalusia.
We have a Nintendo Wii with over 60 games that you can use. Its very funny!!!!!!
Nuestro barrio
The name of the neighborhood where the flat is is "Los Remedios". It is one of the most comfortable and residential in Seville. It has a large number of businesses in fashion, technology, excluive shops, supermarkets, shops of all kinds, restaurants with excellent value for money for "tapas" or dinner.
The neighborhood is very well connected with the outskirts of the city as to the city by metro, taxi, bus or walking. With 300m of housing is the Park of the Princes, the third largest park in Seville in length and close to several play areas for children.

Seville is a great city to be visited in spring, autumn and winter. In summer, in the warmer days you can make trips to the magnificent beaches of Cadiz or Huelva to 1h 15min road. It is also a good place to get to know the rest of Andalucia for it is very well communicated not only by car (2h15min to Malaga, less than 3h to Granada...) but also by train (35min. to Cordoba, 2h15min to Madrid...)
