Two bedroom (1600 sq ft; 148 sq meters) on second floor of elevator building near Clark Street and Wrightwood Avenue. Walking distance to Lincoln Park, Lake Michigan beaches and walking/bicycle path, Notebaert Nature Museum and Lincoln Park Zoo. Bus at corner to Loop and Magnificent Mile. Condo has master bedroom (queen bed) with full bath including shower stall and jacuzzi bath tub. Second bedroom has full sofa bed. Second full bathroom. Condo is fully equipped with all appliances, including Stereo, TV/DVD with cable,washer and dryer, and air conditioning. Computer and wi-fi. Condo has deck off of master bedroom, and building has roof top deck with city views. Two Trek bicycles available - close proximity to lake bike path. Auto exchange possible (Honda Accord); or, indoor parking for one car can be made available. Includes membership card use for Art Institute of Chicago.
