Nuestra casa
Very comfortable home with cottage feel has kitchen/living room/porch all in rear of house facing woods; dining room, 3 bedrooms and finished lower level with pool table. Since renovation of 1925 house, now has CAC, living room fireplace, 3 porches, 3.5 bath, 2 W/D and lovely master suite with balcony. We love cooking, books and CDs and have many to share while you are here. Cable TV in living room.
Nuestro barrio
Palisades is a neighborhood with a small-town feel - complete with sidewalks, tree-lined streets and residents of all ages. Great restaurants in walking distance; also nearby: grocery store, P.O., library and more. Our house is very close to the neighborhood park (with play ground, fields and public tennis courts.) Yes, all of this and yet very close to Georgetown, AU, GW, downtown DC and all the city attractions; on bus route. Street parking available for visitors.

Nosotros
We are a family of 4, with 2 away at college so the nest in empty, some of the time. Due to allergies, this is a pet-free house. We love music, books, theater and all DC offers, including the beauty of the Potomac River and C&O Canal.
