All of the outdoor photos were taken in South Lake Tahoe, by us, last year! Tahoe is amazingly beautiful and versatile.

With 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and over 2,200sqft there is space for everyone in our comfortable cabin. Downstairs you will find an enclosed porch, fully stocked kitchen, dining table that seats 8, wood burning fireplace, spacious family room, one bedroom with a king bed, one bedroom with a queen bed, one full bathroom and a laundry room. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with queen beds and a full bathroom.

There is also a large backyard with plenty of space to relax, BBQ or just let the kids explore. There is an outdoor dining table as well as a fire-pit for toasting s'mores.

The cabin is well stocked with almost everything you will need for your getaway. The kitchen has all of your basic condiments and spices. There home is professionally cleaned and there are fresh linens in the bedrooms and bathrooms and spare ones in the laundry room as well as a queen air mattress and extra bedding should you need the extra space.

While there is NOT cable or a telephone, there IS wireless internet, a T.V. with a DVD player, VCR, movie library, stereo and CD player. You will also find magazines, playing cards, poker chips, and board games to keep you entertained.

We do have 2 small dogs that are in our Tahoe home about 6 times a year, so if you are highly allergic, you may be affected by this. Our home is clean and comfortable, the perfect Tahoe getaway!

Our neighborhood is centrally located. Our home is within walking distance of many local restaurants and bars, including sushi, Chinese food, a burger joint, fast food, and so much more!

We are a 3 minute drive to the lake and an 8 minute drive to Heavenly and the State-Line casino resorts.

No matter what you're seeking in Tahoe, our home is near by! You're 10 minutes or less from shopping, eating, drinking, biking, hiking, skiing, boating, kayaking, fishing, swimming, gambling, wine tasting, and so much more.

Our home is also available to rent.

We are flexible with our dates. We are able to do simultaneous and non-simultaneous exchanges.

We will be in San Diego May 30-June3, 2013 and would love a home that will accommodate 4!

Our first child arrived in July and we are especially interested in Hawaii, San Diego, Santa Cruz and Monterey. We are particularly interested in long weekends away in or near California.

We would also consider London and Paris in the spring or fall of 2013.

We are open to travel anywhere. We're open to weekends away or a few weeks somewhere amazing! My husband loves the snow, I love the sun and we both love (almost) everything in between!

My husband and I are in our 30's and love to travel and explore new places. He owns his own web design and marketing company and I sell real estate.

Home exchange has changed our "vacation" lives! In the past year we've traveled to San Diego, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, Valencia, Pacifica, Chicago and New York! We've stayed in amazing homes that we would have never had the opportunity to experience any other way and can't say enough amazing things about home exchange or the people we have met through the process!

We love to do a variety of things. Museums, shopping, hiking, biking, boarding, golfing, swimming, boating, eating, wine tasting, seeing plays, operas, musicals, concerts, sporting events...there isn't much that we won't do!

We purchased our first home when we were young and firmly believe that any home should be treated with respect, ours included. Our homes are not perfect showplaces; they are clean, comfortable retreats where we enjoy spending time with our family and friends. We are both non-smokers.

Tahoe is our second home and we are therefore flexible with the dates. We are open to ideas, if you have a home, condo or RV, live near or far, want to exchange for a night or twenty, let us know and we can likely work something out!
