We have a SUV available. 3 bikes, golf clubs(including jnr set),10person 3 room tent & basic camping gear (and trailer to put it all in!),lawn contractor visits every two weeks for front gardens. Satellite TV available.

Perth has a very mild climate in the Winter months of June - August, day temp of about 15-19C and overnight of 0-5C, with many sunny days still. Summer months of Dec-Feb can be very hot, especially Jan/Feb were you can expect
40 C+ days and 26C nights in the metro areas.

Generally only open to Australian School Holiday periods. Open to local exchanges for long weekends too :) Tempt us !

I'm Kerrie (38)& work in the retail industry, and husband David (40) is a Geophysical Supervising Engineer. We have one daughter who is 14, well behaved.and well traveled. Availability is subject to how generous our employers are feeling with annual leave! with preference given to Australian school terms now our daughter is entering her senior high school years. We do have pets, one non shedding Spoodle 'Scrappy', and a Cockatiel. Both of which we can off load to friends/family for the duration of our exchange. We have travel experience around Europe, U.K, U.S.A, Canada, New Zealand and Australia.We have extensive experience driving on the 'wrong' side of the road too :). We are proud house owners and will treat your home with the upmost respect.
We enjoy experiencing all types of homes for exchanges, we dont need 6 star hotel level surroundings! :) - seriously, we spend very little time under the roof anyway - we're too busy exploring ! :)
