A very modern build. The appartment has a kitchen, two double bedrooms, two fully-equipped bathrooms, a big sitting room and a big balcony.
Nuestro barrio
Located in a very interesting situation: you can arrive to the beach (San Juan beach) walking in ten minutes and you have beside a golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros.The international airport is twenty minutes by car. You have a supermarket just beside and you have a train stop and a bus stop to go to the city centre or other beautiful villages near of the beach. You can arrive to the motorway in five minutes by car.
The house is in an urbanization with a very big garden with swimming pool for adults and children, gym, sauna, paddle and tennis courts. So it is the best place to practice sports, visit places in the region, or to have a relaxed life, as you pleased. We can give you a list with the best restaurants in the city and near to the apartment.
The urbanization is in a modern beach area.

Nuestros destinos
We are looking for a place in London or similar and we would like to spend there two or three weeks in summer. We haven’t got any pets and we are not smokers and we would like the same conditions to change our house.
Nosotros
We are five people in the family: mum (Mari Carmen),dad(Diego)and three children (Laura is sixteen, Diego, eleven, and Carlos is six years old).
Mari Carmen is a nurse in a Public Health Centre. Diego is a Medicine Doctor in the private medicine. Children are students.
We love to travel all toguether all around Europe. We want to practice english language ant to know your country culture. We think we are very friendship and we use to take more care with the houses of other people than with ours.
