Nuestra casa
Our 2011 newly built, 2-story home is in the residential district of Westmount - one of Montreal's most desirable residential neighborhoods, right next to the downtown core. Our home is also steps away from one of the city's nicest parks, plus a quaint shopping area with several restaurants, cafés, bakeries, home decor boutiques and specialty shops. Features 3 bathrooms, hardwood floors, fireplace, wi-fi Internet access and backyard terrace. The architectural design is contemporary modern.
We also have a lakeside cottage in the Laurentian mountains north of Montreal. This comfortable getaway is ideal for all seasons: summer is great for swimming, boating and fishing; fall offers spectacular foliage and hiking; winter welcomes you with skiing, snowshowing and skating.
Nuestro barrio
Our home is located in the neighborhood of Westmount, considered Montreal's most desirable residential district. It combines close proximity to downtown with the tranquillity of a residential area. There's also a commercial sector located 2 blocks from our home, which features high-end boutiques, restaurants, cafés, and gourmet bakeries, plus one of the city's most beautiful parks right at the corner of our street. Montreal's downtown core is a 20-minute walk or 10-minute bike ride, or 5 minutes by public transportation (with a stop right at the corner). Quebec City, Ottawa, Toronto, Boston, New York and Washington are all easily accessible via Montreal. The Laurentian Mountains, the Eastern Townships and Vermont are favourite weekend country getaways within a 60-90 minute drive.
