Nuestra casa

Spacious, modern (built 2009, large windows, high ceiling height 2.70-3.40m, white inner walls and painted black on the outside), 190m2, parking for 3 cars. The house is located on the rock 7m up and have a lovely view down to the walley. You can see the ocean 1km away.
On the back side (towards South) we have a 50m2 terrace without neighbours so you can relax, improve your sun tan or barbeque in privacy.

We have 1km to the beach, riding club, cafe, bakery.
2km to restaurants (pizza, tai, sushi and luxury restaurants), gym, grocery store, flower shop, gas station, some small shopping stores and paint ball.
10km to bathing house, tennis courts and golf courses.
15km to large shopping centers - one north and one south.
Then you have all activities in Gothenburg just 20min away with car.

Our kids are 14, 11, 9 and 5y old. No pets and non smokers.
I have worked in the IT business during 20 years on leading executive positions and my wife is a priest. We all spend much time on various sport activities.
