Lovely typical parisian flat, Haussmanian building, two steps from the metro station "Les Gobelins",Living room with balcony and view on the Avenue and the Pantheon.
Nice bedroom (bed 160x200) with view on a 17th century building's courtyeard, very quiet.
And Baby bedroom (baby bed until 3 years old), we could eventually add a mastress.

Close to the metro station "Les Gobelins", 5 minutes walking from Mouffetard/quartier latin (market place open every day, really nice on sunday morning with people singing and dancing on the place), bakery, butcher, supermarket etc... lots of restaurants. 2 minutes from the Manufacture des Gobelins; and 10 minutes walking from the quarter "La Butte aux Cailles".
