In a very quiet street near public transportation. At 15 minutes from the Grand Place and the international rail station (1h30min from Paris, 2h from London, 2h from Amsterdam). In a small buiding , floor 4th and 5th, a very lightfull duplex. With 2 rooms and 2 bathromms. The first floor is partly open plan including a living room , a dining place and an open kitchen fully equipped (fridge,freezer,dishwasher,oven). High speed wifi and flat screen tv are available. The first floor is complemented by the master room and its bathroom equiped with a confortable shower a wasing machine and a dryer. An inside staircase leads to the second floor equipped with a room and its bathroom (bath and shower).
All you need to visit Brussels, Brugges and the famous belgian coast and even France, UK, Germany, Luxemburg and Holland.
A car (automatic Renault Clio) could be part of the exchange. Garage in the house is provided. |

| In the exchange process, we could propose also to exchange a car. We have a small Renault CLIO car (4 to 5 people)which is automatic with an air conditionned system, a very convenient vehicule to drive in the european cities. |

We used to come in Phoenix / Scottsdale for many years in february, march and april.
Our daughter erica lives there with her husband and her little girl.
In addition, we are golfers; so Phoenix is for us the place to stay!

My fist name is Freddy . I am 71 and married since 1961 to Liliane.
I am a civil engineer graduated from the Brussels University and have been working for 40 years in the computers area (very large systems)with Honeywell. I have had the opportunity to work for 9 months in our computer facility in Phoenix, AZ and also in Geneva for 4 years. Liliane is an artist; she paints on chinaware and is a famous cook.
Our daughter Valérie, her husband and her four sons live nearby.
Since we are retired, we travel a lot in Europe as well as United States and Canada.
