This "cosy" home is approximately 200 sqm and is the last house on the street just nearby a park. We have 10 minutes biking to the sea, where you can go by boat to several islands, and 10 minutes by car or bus to the city center of Gothenburg.
It is very calm in the neighbourhood and you have 5 minute walk to the food store and buses.
The tennis court is nearby our house and the park has a 1,5 km long run track.
Our car, Honda CRV 2008, is avaliable.
The home is in two floors with 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 bathrooms and 2 livingrooms. BBQ area and 3 terraces and a big lawn where the kids can play.
We also have a second winter cottage in Sälen where we go skiing in the winter time.

Gothenburg is the second largest city in Sweden. It is situated on the west coast and is a friendly city with many things to see.
The port of Gothenburg is the largest port in Scandinavia. Liseberg is a funfair in the city where they have many flowers and lots of scary rollercoasters.
Our nearest neighbour is a very helpful and nice family with 2 kids (13, boy and 15, girl years old) |

In the end of October 2010 we would like to visit a sunny and warm place for one or two week. That could be anywhere.
During Easter 2011 we would like to go to a warm place for two weeks.
In summertime 2011 we can go anywhere!!!

We are a family of 4 and have two cats. Lena, 44 years old, CEO in a Software Company, Eddie 49 years old, COO in a company in Automotive industry, Sofia 17 years old, studying and Amanda 15 yers old studying.
We love to travel and have been in many places round the world. Our interests are mainly skiing, tennis, gym and motorbiking.
