Our home is a modern villa built in traditional Swedish style, situated in an insight protected garden with a greenhouse and plenty of roses, peonies and dahlias, et c. The second floor has a wide view over the valley with calf and horse pens.
The ground floor consists of an office room, a play room, the children's bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a dressing room, and the wash room with a washing-machine and a cabinet drier. Upstairs are the kitchen, dining-room and living-room in an open plan, a bathroom with bathtub and the master bedroom.
Upstairs in southwest is a large wooden balcony with a view of the valley. Downstairs in south is a large paved terrace.
About a kilometer away is the sea. There is a beach suitable for children three kilometers away (cycling/walking distance) and in Kovikshamn four kilometers away are a couple splendid spots for bathing from smooth bare rocks with the open sea horizon right before you (wonderful for evening baths in the sunset!).
The house has 2 Mbit/s broadband mainly in the office and in the living-room, but easily movable into every room. |

Our home is on the Swedish west coast, 25 km north of Gothenburg (Sweden's second largest city).
The area is famous for its beautiful archipelago (http://www.vastsverige.com/en/sodra-bohuslan/) and historic landmarks, such as Carlsten Fort in Marstrand (http://www.vastsverige.com/en/Marstrand/products/88080/Carlsten-Fort/) and Bohus Fortress in Kungälv (http://www.vastsverige.com/en/sodra-bohuslan/articles/Bohus-fortress/).
In Gothenburg, the cultural offerings are plenty and northwards from our home, the sculptures of Pilane Heritage Society are a must see (http://www.pilane.org/2010/eng/index.php), as well as the Nordic Watercolour Museum in Skärhamn (http://www.akvarellmuseet.org).
In the near proximity are as many as five golf courses and in the summertime, the opportunities for sea baths, sailing, kayaking and diving are immense.

We are a family of four. Evalotta is a theologian, David is a management consultant and speaker with his own company specializing in productivity improvement. Our children, Alma and Teodor are 3 years old, so if your family includes children, we have lots of toys to play with.
We love art, culture, language and travel and enjoy exploring (for us) new countries and cultures.
We are very responsible and meticulous when it comes cleanliness and good order and would take very well care of your home, as we expect that you do of ours.
