Firstfloor apartment (75m2), built in 1947 near one of the main stations of Amsterdam. Only 15 minutes to Dam Square!
There are 2 bedrooms, a living, a separate kitchen, a bathroom and a study with computer/printer.A balcony in the front and the back.
We have at least one bike you can use and if wanted we could try to arrange a second one.

The neighbourhood we live in is safe, friendly, green and quiet. Just a 2 minutes walk will bring you to the Amstelstation one of the main stations of Amsterdam. From there you can travel without change to the famous Albert Cuypmarket, Waterloosquare market or Dappermarket, the Zoo, Vondelpark etc. The subway takes you in 10 minutes to the center of Amsterdam.
The river Amstel is less than a 10 minutes walk away and beautiful to walk along towards the center.

A few years ago we've moved to this apartment and we still love to come home after a busy day in the city.In the two minutes walk from the station you will experience noisy amsterdam changing in quiet amsterdam.
Recently the kids moved to their own place and now we (Zen and Johan) live here with our 3 cats (Lizzy(18),Yuna(3) and Kyra(18)). If you like a swap please realize that the cats stay in the apartment and need to take care of. As you can see two are really to old to move. Ofcourse we would be happy to take care of your pet(s) as well. Things we both like are books, theatre, travelling,archery, art and Zen also likes yoga, biking, cooking, plants, photography.
