L'appartamento che scambiamo è la nostra seconda casa, è una casa singola su 2 piani. Al piano rialzato c'e un open space con la cucina completamente accessoriata(lavastoviglie, forno, micronde) ed il salotto con un comodo divano ed una poltrona. Al piano superiore ci sono 2 camere una con letto matrimoniale l'altra con 2 letti singoli, il bagno con vasca e doccia.
The apartment is about 75 sq. metres tastefully decorated. On the first floor there are the full equipped kitchen and the sitting room on the upper floor there are two bedrooms one with a king size bed, the other one with 2 single bed, in the bathroom there are the shower and the tub.

L'appartamento è situato nel cuore di Venezia in una zona molto tranquilla, vicino alla chiesa di San Pietro di Castello, l'antica Basilica di Venezia prima di San Marco, nel quartiere più tipico e veneziano della città, vicinissimo alla BIENNALE e molto comodo anche ai vaporetti (fermata Giardini)per raggiungere il LIDO(spiaggia, mostra del cinema).
In 3 minuti a piedi arrivate in via Garibaldi, dove ogni giorno c'è il mercato del pesce e della frutta, ci sono supermercati e molti ristoranti tipici.
Our apartment is near S.Pietro di Castello church that was the first cathedral of Venice before San Marco, it is a very calm area, very Venetian, ner the BIENNALE and very close to the boat stop GIARDINI from where you can take the boat to LIDO (beach,Movie Festival)
In 3 minutes walk you are in Via Garibaldi, where you can find some nice restaurants and shops and a daily fish market.
In 3 minuti a piedi arrivate in via Garibaldi, dove ogni giorno c'è il mercato del pesce e della frutta, ci sono supermercati e molti ristoranti tipici.

Siamo una famiglia di 4 persone, io sono Savina ho 45 anni, mio marito Roberto ne ha 50 i nostri figli Tommaso 12 e Filippo 7. Mio marito ha un negozio di legatoria, produce libri, agende e articoli in cuoio io lo aiuto nella sua attività. In genere decidiamo le nostre vacanze all'ultimo momento non avendo grossi vincoli, la nostra casa è la seconda casa quindi scambi non simultanei sono benvenuti.
