Hello, we can offer a nice location in Central Poland. It is a 117 square meters apartment in Warsaw, on the right bank of the Wisła River, in a gated community of four 4-6 floor buildings built in the late 1990. It is approximately 15 km from the center of Warsaw. The apartment is a two-level, has 4 rooms, kitchen, full bathroom and a WC. It can sleep comfortably at least 5 people, if needed we can arrange for more beds. We can arrange for a non-slmulatanous exchange, as we have another smaller place in Warsaw we can stay at during an exchange.

Warsaw is a large and vibrant city with different attractions one can find in a metropolitan area: theaters, museums, opera house, architectural attractions, it has a beautiful Old Town where you can find numerous restaurants, bars, pubs, the Royal Castle, beautiful churches, parks etc. Young people can find interesting places where you can listen to many different kinds of music, discos, bars etc. Within 30 minutes drive of our apartment you can find one of the first and best known golf courses in Poland. Our country is great for shoppers: the prices of many items are lower than in majority of the European countries. There are several recently built shopping malls including the largest inner city mall in Europe, within 15 minutes drive of the apartment. Warsaw has enough to see for at least a week. It also offers a good chance to visit other parts of the country, as it is centrally located. With a use of one of our cars, you can make interesting one day trips, and return to Warsaw for an evening on the town. Or spend a day or two in many atractive locations that my country has to offer.

Generally we are also interested in the extended weekend trips, especially to cities well connected by air with the Warsaw airport. For guests coming from other continents we can arrange for longer stays, that do not have to be simultaneous, as we have also another place we can stay at during an exchange..

In April/May of 2013 we would like to make a trip to Israel, Turkey, maybe Italy, Greece or Spain or cities well connected by air with Warsaw..
We have found an exchange for summer 2013, but are open to inquiries for a shorter one early fall.
In general, we will consider all offers. There are so many interesting places to visit we have not seen yet, so pls contact us. Unlike many participants of this great service, we will answer all inquiries!

I am 59 years old, my name is Michael, I Iive in Warsaw and have my own business ( property management ). My partner Beata is 45 years old and works for a large Polish bank.
