The apartment is located in a residential area in the southern part of Rome, very green, at 15 Km from the seaside, 45 minutes by bus and subway to the city centre or 20 minutes by car (out of the rush hours).
We can eventually provide one car and a 250 cc scooter.
You will enjoy the nice atmosphere of the neighbourhood, with shops and a food market at walking distance.


L’appartement est situé dans un quartier résidentiel dans la partie sud de Rome, entouré de verdure, à 15 Km de la mer et à 45 minutes du centre ville par les transports en commun (bus métro), ou bien 20 minutes en voiture en dehors des heures de pointe.
Nous mettons éventuellement à votre disposition notre voiture et un scooter 250 cc.
Vous apprécierez l’athmosphère calme et détendue du voisinage, avec différents magasins et un marché alimentaire à quelques minutes de marche.

We accept smokers but we kindly ask you to smoke only outside, on the terrace.
