On the last floor with elevator, the apartment is 74 square meters (796 square feet). It also has a sunny terrace (24m2) where you can have your meals when it’s nice and warm outside.

But you won't need a car. There are public transportation at the street corner, buses.
The historic city and the lake are a twenty five minutes walk.

Convenience stores, bakery, restaurants, grocer's shop, pharmacy, hypermarket and banks are located close-by in the neighborhood.

Buses are also located blocks away and the highway exit is nearby.

Annecy is located at 45 Km south of Geneva (switzerland).

Annecy is called the Venice of the Alps, with its old town enchanted by its canals, and the arcade houses with many-colored facades... Then there’s the breath-taking castles of Duingt, Menthon-Saint-Bernard, and Faverges, all very different in character.

You can sun bathing in the Lake which is surprisingly warm due to the influence of other rivers and a sub aquatic source and with a water temperature of 24° in the summer it’s tempting to take a dip! Or you can cycle, roller-blade or just stroll along the cycle path which run along the left shore. Para-gliding and hang-gliding in tandem if it’s a maiden flight, long distance flying or acrobatics as we do it here…
In winter: downhill skiing, snow-kite, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing on the snowfields of the Sambuy, Semnoz and Aravis. Here at the home of winter sports you’re free to choose…

Annecy is close to the ski resorts, as La Clusaz, in car 1 hour to Chamonix, Evian les Bains and Megève.

The nearby highway gets you to Geneva in 35 minutes and to Chambéry in 30 minutes.

- we welcomed also a family of Budapest (Hungary) on June 2012 but unfortunately we didn’t discover their country (family problem)

We are also open to other interesting destinations!

We are Laëtitia and Charles. Laëtitia has a passion to travel ! We are 29 years old.

Charles is an IT Ingeneer in Geneva, and Laëtitia studies Human Ressources in Geneva (1 week in school and 2 weeks in a IT company as Human Ressources Assistant) and worked in sickness insurance in Annecy during 5 years.

We love our city and we love to travel, to visit other cities and other countries.

Since he is 5 years Charles plays violin.

We are a quiet family and respectful of other people's property.

We haven’t children.

We do not smoke and have a lovely cat, Kitie.
