Notre maison est de construction récente (2005). Nous disposons d'un terrain clôturé avec un petit potager, une grande terrasse barbecue, et de divers jeux d'extérieurs pour enfants dont une balançoire avec toboggan. Une piscine gonflable de 4m de diamètre et un trampoline.

La maison comprend un grand séjour/salon sur cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée. La pièce de vie est baignée par le soleil l'été.
Nous avons 4 chambres:
- 2 chambres avec 1 lit 1 personne. Possibilité installation d'un matelas 2 personnes mais aussi d'un vrai lit bébé.
- 1 Chambre avec un lit 2 personnes avec télévision
- 1 chambre avec un canapé BZ avec une literie 2 personnes de haute qualité
La maison comprend 1 salle de douche au RDC et 1 salle de bain à l'étage

Nous laissons à votre disposition une connexion internet haut débit, 1 console Wii avec de nombreux jeux.

Our house is newly built (2005). We have a fenced yard with a garden, large terrace with barbecue, and various outdoor
games for children, including a swing and a slide.

A 4m swimming pool and a trampoline.

The house includes a large living-room, fully equipped kitchen.

The living room is bathed by the sun.

We have 3 bedrooms:

- A matrimonial room with a double bed

- 2 bedrooms with one single bed

- 1 bedroom with a sofa bed for 2 people.

The house has a shower room on ground floor and a bathroom upstairs

We remain at your disposal a Hi-Speed Internet connection (Ethernet & WiFi), 2 TV and a Wii with many games.

Soucelles est une charmante commune de 2500 habitants située au bord du Loir.Elle dispose d'une boulangerie, d'une petite supérette (ouverte le dimanche matin !), pharmacie et médecin.
Notre maison est située en haut d'un lotissement dans un square fermé. Le quartier est calme et le voisinage discret.
Vous pouvez faire de nombreuses balades en forêt dans la commune et les communes environnantes. Il y a 3 fermes à 2 minutes qui vendent leurs produits, vous pouvez même aller y cueillir vos fruits.

Nous nous situons à 15 km d'Angers, cité médiévale avec son château, sa cathédrale, les rues de la vieille ville.
L'Anjou est une région pleine de charme, connue pour ses vignobles (coteaux du Layon, l'Aubance, l'Anjou rouge...), ses caves troglodytes que vous pourrez visiter et où vous pourrez déguster les vins.Vous pourrez découvrir de nombreux petits châteaux dans la campagne angevine mais vous pouvez accéder aux grands châteaux de la Loire en 1 à 2h en voiture (Chenonceaux, Chambord ....)
La ville de Saumur connue pour son centre équestre du Cadre noir se trouve à 40 minutes.
Les plages de la côte atlantique sont à 1h30: La Baule, Pornic, les Sables d'Olonnes

De nombreuses attractions en famille possible: le Puy du fou est à 50 min, le Futuroscope à 1h, le nouveau parc d'attraction Terra Botanica à 20 min. Zoo de La Flèche et de Doué-la-Fontaine à 40 min.
Le parc Eurodisney à moins de 2h en TGV de la gare d'Angers en accès direct. Vous trouverez aussi le parc anjou aventure (accrobranche) à 10 min.

Our Neighborhood

Soucelles is a charming village of 2500 inhabitants, situated on the Loir.

You will find there everything you need, as a bakery, butcher, a supermarket (open on Sunday morning!), Pharmacy and doctor.

Our house is located on top of a subdivision in a closed square. The area is calm and quiet neighborhood.

You could enjoy walks on the forest and in the landscape.

2 minutes from the house, there are 3 farms which are selling their own products, you can even go there and pick your fruits.


In Angers (15 kms), you will find there a medieval town with its castle, cathedral, the streets of the old town.


Anjou is a charming region, known for its vineyards (Coteaux du Layon, Aubance, Anjou red ...), and for its troglodyte caves that you can visit and where you can taste Wines.

You can also discover many small castles in Anjou countryside , but also access to the great castles of Loire in 1 to 2 hours by car (Chenonceaux, Chambord ....)


The city of Saumur is well known for its equestrian center of the Cadre Noir is only 40 minutes away by car .


Atlantic beaches and coast are 1:30 away by car: La Baule, Pornic, Les Sables d'Olonne


Many family attractions as possible: « Puy du Fou » (50 min), Futuroscope (1h), the new park Terra Botanica (20min) and Zoo at La Fleche and Doue-la-Fontaine (40 min).

Nous sommes une jeune famille de 4 personnes.
Mon époux et moi même avons 33 ans. Mon mari travaille dans l'informatique et je suis infirmière libérale.
Nous avons 2 garçons : Bastien L'aîné qui a 6 ans et Alexis qui a 4 ans. Nos enfants sont très respectueux de leurs jouets et du bien d'autrui.
Nous avons également une chienne "Usky" petite caniche aimant beaucoup les câlins et une chatte "Mimi" qui vit sa vie tranquillement dans le quartier. Seule la chatte aura besoin de nourriture, la chienne étant gardée par la famille durant les vacances.

We are a young family of 4.

My husband and I are 33 yo. My husband works in IT and I as a liberal nurse.

We have two boys: Bastien, the eldest who is 6 years old and Alexis who is 4 years old. Our children are very respectful of toys and furnitures.

We also have a dog "Usky" little poodle very fond of cuddles and a cat "Mimi" who lives her life quietly in the neighborhood.

Only the cat will need to be feed, the dog being kept by our family during the holidays
