Nuestra casa
Our large, light apartment is a modern conversion in a historic building in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. It has 3 bedrooms - 1 King, 1 Queen and 2 x Twins. The room with 2 twin beds is perfect for children. It has a private roof deck with a barbecue, outdoor furniture and stunning views of the Manhattan skyline. We are very close to great restaurants, parks and several subway lines. There is a washer/dryer in the apartment as well as a dishwasher and a piano.
Nuestro barrio
Fort Greene and Clinton Hill is a unique part of Brooklyn. It has historic architecture and great parks which has brought many young families here over the years. There is a lot going on locally, including a thriving restaurant scene, which means that you don't have travel to Manhattan to have fun. But if you do it is just a short hop across the Manhattan or Brooklyn Bridge. It is also close to Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Zoo and the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens which makes it a great spot for a family vacation. You can walk 10 blocks to Atlantic Station and take a train to Long Beach for the day......or you can just take a short walk to Fort Greene Park and have a lazy picnic. We also have BAM (Brooklyn Academy of Music) where some of the best theater, opera and dance is staged in the city.

Nosotros
My husband, Paul and myself, Alice, are both British and we bought the apartment 10 years ago when we first moved to New York. Since then we have had two daughters, Maya (10) and Lola (8) and are living happily and comfortably in our sunny apartment. We are traveling to Italy this summer and are looking for an apartment in central Rome for 4 days at the end of July. We will be in Europe for 3 weeks so can offer our apartment for any time between July 18 and August 12.
