Our house is in the Eagles which is a private, gated community in the Tampa Bay area. The home is beautiful, spacious and very comfortable with large rooms and high ceilings. There is a large living room area with an HDTV and a Baby Grand Piano. The Formal Dining Room opens to the pool and patio area with a fabulous views of the 5th hole at the Eagles. There is an outdoor barbecue and outdoor living room to enjoy the wonderful balmy evenings. This is a very quiet street.

The house measures a total of 3,000 square feet of living space. The house has a split floor plan which means that the master bedroom is on one side of the house, and the other bedrooms are on the other side. The Master Bedroom has it's own bathroom with a separate tub and shower and his and her sinks. There are two large his & her closets. From the bedroom a sliding glass door opens directly to the pool and patio area. There are two bedrooms which share a full bath with tub/shower. The forth bedroom has a 1/2 bath.

The formal dining room opens up to the pool area by way of three large panel sliding glass doors. This allows guests to enjoy the outside while being inside. The living room and breakfast also open to the pool with a panoramic view of the golf course.

The wildlife is impressive in our community with deer, wild turkeys, great blue heron, white egret, brown pelicans, sand hill cranes, storks, turtles and yes alligators in the larger ponds! There are plenty of video games for the kids to play with. We have a very fast internet connection on a wireless network. We also have a computer for you to use if you like.

In the laundry we have a large capacity GE Profile washing machine and dryer.

There are two, 18-hole golf courses located within the gates of the eagles complete with bar and restaurant. Many other golf courses are located in the area including the TPC Tampa Bay (7.8 miles) and Innisbrook Golf Resort home of the PGA's Transitions Golf Tournament which is about 9 miles away.

This house provides a great base of operations for a great family vacation. We have some of the best fishing anywhere in Florida with plenty of boats with guides available to help you. It is a 20 minute drive to the beaches. Busch Gardens (30 minutes) is a great park to visit and Disney is 90 minutes from our house. The neighborhood has great walking/jogging trails with a roundtrip to the front gate of 5 miles. This is where you will see all of the nature!

There is shopping, movie theaters and dining options within minutes. There are several bicycle trails (with rental bikes available) that meander to the beaches. There are canoe also rentals for nature lovers and jet ski rentals on the beaches.

This is a great location if you are looking for total relaxation and fun things to do.

We are very interested in the Basque region. We would like to be near San Sebastian or Biarritz.

We do not need to be in the center of town but would like a comfortable home like ours with internet access

We are world travelers. We enjoy good food, wine and culture. Our children are also very well travelled and very well behaved. Their ages are 18, 16 and 10. We do not smoke and take care of other's homes as if they were ours. Our two exchanges went very well and cannot wait to meet new people and do it again!
