Our flat is situated on the board of the Danube on the Pest side in an apartment-house (http://www.marinapart.hu). As the flat is on the 6th floor, you can enjoy a wonderful view on the river and on the private park of the house.

Our apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, a living room (all 3 of them with an access to the balcony), a kitchen, 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, the other with a bathtub) and a wardrob. The sofa in the living room can be turned into a bed, so the flat can accomodate 6 people.
On the pictures you can see that a few things are missing from the flat (TV, bed covers etc.), it is because till now it was rented, but we are nearly ready with it for the exchange.

The house is situated near to a shopping center, called Duna Plaza where you can do shopping, so it's really comfortable thanks to the vicinity. Also the metro station is reachable in a 5 min walk. In case you would come by car or rent one here, also a parking place in the house's garage is at your disposal.

This flat is our second-home, so we are opened also for non-simultaneous exchanges.

We are exchanging our holiday-home in Bulgaria as well, so you may combine a city-holiday with a relaxing sea-holiday! If you are interested in it, don't hesitate to contact me, and I provide you with any further details and pictures of the flat.

The apartment is situated in the 13th district of Budapest. In my opinion it's an ideal location, as you can reach the city centre in only 10 minutes by the metro (6 stops), but at the same time if you wish for a bit of tranqullity away from the pulsation of the city you simply go home and take a walk on the board of the Danube, or sit on the balcony with a good book.

Budapest is a perfect place for the ones who aspire to spend a vacation rich in culture thanks to the numerous and various types of museums and monuments it has, as well as to people who wish to relax by enjoying the waste choice of thermal baths the city offers.

If you have some time when you are here and you are interested in discovering more deeply the Hungaria culture, apart Budapest there are other cities as well that really worth visiting, such as Szeged, Pécs and Debrecen.

As I told before, this flat is our second-home so we don't have any pets there, but at home we have some cats, so it wouldn't be problem for us to take care of your pets if you have some.

Our flat can also be rented in case we cannot fix an exchange but you would like to come here.

We are engaged in working and our daughter in studying, so during the year we are mostly looking for long-weekend holidays, and during summer time for longer holidays.

Abierto a cualquier fecha

As every year, we would like to go to London at the beginning of December to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere, so we are looking for a home-exchange also there.

We go skiing every year in France, in Italy or in Switzerland so we are really interested also in proposals coming from the mountains.

Currently we are looking for an exchange-partner in Locarno as we would like to visit the Film Festival.

Furthermore we wish to go to the region of Umbria, in Italy in August, so if you live there, don't hesitate to make us a proposal.
