Our finca is dated 400 years back, but is completely renovated in 2008. The style is simple, as it is our second home, but comfortable and modern. It is tastefully decorated, with respect to Spanish style, and fully equipped. It is clean and well kept. The house has 3 levels.
There is a very big family room, which contains kitchen, with dishwasher, dining and living area, with an open fireplace. Two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. There are three terraces, all with an absolutely gorgeous view to the church, the mountains and the sea.

Frigiliana is located 50 km. east of Malaga in the south of Spain.
The village has been awarded the title of the most beautiful and best maintained andalusian village several times. In the scenic area around Frigiliana there are an abundance of olive groves, almond orchards, lemon and orange trees.
The white painted houses line the cobbled streets, which gently carve their way through the picturesque village. The village is quiet, away from the tourist crowd, but lively. There is a very international atmosphere which attracts artists. There are lots of bars and restaurants.
There are no cars in the ancient part of the village, and you have to climb some stairs to get to the finca.
The Mediterranean sea is just 5 km. away. There is the famous beach Burriana with several restaurants, but you can also drive to some very beautiful and secluded nature beaches.
There are many cultural sites worth seeing in this historically rich area, such as the Palace of Alhambra in Granada, the Mosque in Cordoba, and the beautiful and elegant Seville and Malaga with lots of shopping opportunities.
A trip to Morocco is possible too.

We are a married couple with 5 grown up children, who all have left home. We are spending 4 months in our second home in Spain each year. The rest of the year we are in Denmark or traveling. We are very flexible about dates, and free to take off when an opportunity arises.
