Nuestra casa
Private, bright and open with spacious ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet in every bedroom plus a guest bathroom and separate maid's quarter. Maid for cleaning available.
Nuestro barrio
A quiet neighborhood in the city close to shopping, dinning, and public transportation. It is within the main expat residential area. Lots of local shops, food and fruit stalls along the main road as well as restaurants, 24 hour supermarket, ATMs, and convenient stores all within walking distance from our home. Major shopping/dinning complex (Emporium mall) is just 3 stations via the Sky train.

My husband and I, in our 50s, are US citizens working and living in Thailand. we have an 8 year old daughter. We return to the US every summer for about 1 - 2 months to visit our families located in New York and Connecticut. We enjoy traveling, fine dining, and spending time with our daughter. We travel throughout the year on weekends and school holidays to other nearby countries. I've been a nursery teacher for 7 years, "semi-retired" from being a corporate CIO. My husband does personal investments, "semi-retired" from being a corporate CFO. We've had 4 very successful exchanges.
