Our cabin is located on a hillside in North Lake Tahoe with head on views of the beautiful lake and the surrounding mountains. There is an upper and a lower deck on the front of the house and a deck on the backyard with a hot tub jacuzzi and small lawn. The house is part of a coveted homeowners association with access to a gated beach park on the lake. Walking distance from the house, the gated beach park has beautiful grass lawns for picnics, bbq grills, picnic tables and just relaxing. It's very family oriented and also has volleyball, horseshoe, kids playground, basketball court as well as access to the docks on the lake for boating. Sunnyside Restaurant is right next to the beach park and is festive in the summertime as they have an outside bar and seating right on the lake. It is also popular in the winter. During the winter, the lake is surrounded with world class ski resorts including Homewood, Squaw Valley and Alpine- the closest just 10 minutes away.
Up the hill from the house there are miles of protected forrests with hiking and biking trails. Tahoe City is just 2.3 miles from the house and has everything you need from restaurants, shopping, spas and more. There is so much for your family to enjoy in Lake Tahoe from boating, water skiing, kyaking, hiking, biking, river rafting, skiing, dont forget gambling and golfing, and our property is in the middle of it all.

We are located on a hillside with a neighbors home on either side. It's an area called Talmont in the North Shore with protected forrest lands flanking the homes. The lake is walking distance down the hill and there are few restaurants in the area. There's also a bike rental shop in the neighborhood if you wanted to rent bikes. There is a bike path that runs along the lake and also goes into town!

We are flexible and open to any dates. The exchange dates don't have to be at the same time during the swap.

We are open to many destinations. However, we do have family in NY and Hawaii that we like to visit.

We are an active family of four. My name is Phillip and my wife is MyHang. We have two children a boy and a girl, our son is almost 4 and our daughter is 2.5. We love to travel and have our children experience different places in the world. Some of these travel exchanges may involve them and some may not.
