Amazing Thailand.Paradise village with beautifull pool,security,nice and helpfull european,american and thai people living in this village.With my car and motorbike 10-20 min. to the shoppingcenters,hospitals,famous beach,parks,shows,floating market,underwater world,lots of gyms and golfcourts... With taxi to the nightlife of citycenter and famous walkingstreet 15 minutes and 5-7 Euros and motorbiketaxi 3 Eur.There is DoorToDoor food delivery from many good restaurants and cheap as everything here is.Nearest Thai marketplace 300 meters.Lots of atractive places,shows,cheap healthservice (dentists,international hospitals,massage,many kind of spatherapies,beautysalons),cheap golfing,taxiservice,shopping,famous beach 6 km,Take a taxi to Bangkok 120 km one way 25-30 Eur and all the day service 35-50 Eur.So much to tell about tourist amusements in Pattaya,beter to look Pattaya pages from internet.One must to see is the wolrlds best elephant show and buy a shirt that elephants just paint in front of you.Underwater World is the bigest aquarium in Asia.In the evening the walkinstreet and special cabares and shows are kind nowhere else. 3-4 km to the Siam Country Clob road is a smal lake and nice peacefull park with outside exercising track.Siam Country club is the best golfcourt in Pattaya,Asian tour court,5 km drive.Other 30 courts around.Pattaya park and tower,elephant show,elephant village,underwater world,crocodile park,Mini Siam,beach funs for the children and so minded.Tree beautiful islands within some kilometers boatrip from Pattaya harbour.Some 40 km from Pattaya is famous and beautiful Koh Samet with its whitesandbeaches and holidayresorts.Weather is good year around here in the coastal Thailand.There is no problem of the Asian so called rainy season,it rains only sometimes and it makes the plants grow up and flower.

No smoking inside the house,but on the patio you can smoke.
Think about the pets in case by case.I have a dog,but can give her to some friend at the time of exchange.
Garden needs to give water 2-3 times aweek,if it does not rain at all.If you stay out longer trips,we can call gardener or some frind to water the garden..

We are three now,my Thai wife Oil,our lovely dog Susi and me Antti.I am a finnish early retired M.D.,general surgeon in my fifties.We lived in Finland together some years,but last year I sold my properties in Finland and bought this house at Pattaya. I have travelled quite a lot in Europe and Thailand. I like to see beautiful countries and interesting cities,but dont like cold and dark winter like in Scandinavia it is.
