Stunning one-bedroom apartment with spacious living room, dining room, beautiful hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows with a view of the St. Francis Yacht Club and the Bay. Located in a quiet neighborhood just one block from the water and Crissy Fields National Park.

Roof deck with 360 degree view of Golden Gate Bridge, Alcatraz, Angel Island, Russian Hill and Pacific Heights. 2 blocks from the Palace of Fine Arts, Exploratorium Science Museum and the Presidio National Park. 5 minute walk to award-winning restaurants, nightlife and world class shopping on Chestnut Street; 15 minute walk to Union St. shopping district.

The Marina combines a world-class tourist spot with a comfortable local neighborhood. You wake up in the morning with sunlight streaming in from the bay windows and you can go on a world-class walk or jog along the Marina Green to the Golden Gate Bridge. There is an endless list of food options at the nearby weekend Farmer's Market or restaurants nearby on Chestnut or Union St. The 30 Muni bus line (which picks up right outside our door, $2 per ride) provides quick access Fisherman's Wharf, North Beach, Chinatown, the Financial District, and even a SF Giants baseball game at AT&T Park. It's the best bus route in the City. In the evenings, you can walk the streets safely to visit the stunning Palace of Fine Arts built for the 1915 World Fair.

We're a recently engaged couple with a strong sense of adventure. Ashley is in sales for a consulting firm and Brett is an entrepreneur. We love to be outside, eat, drink and enjoy time exploring new areas.

Our wedding is in the Spring of 2012 and we'd love to enjoy traveling before then. We're interested in local California exchanges, as well as swaps either outside CA or international.
