There is good access to downtown Seattle via a 15 minute bus or water taxi ride. We are 5 minutes from the Vashon Ferry terminal for quick access to the islands. We are close to Lincoln Park and Alki beach, two of the best parks in Seattle. We are within walking distance to the grocery store, Starbucks coffee shop, restaurants and pubs. Good public and private schools are located very close by. Everything you need is close by.

Our house is available for non-simultaneous exchanges from April 13 to April 20. So if you have a 2nd home that you would like to exchange in the future, that may work out.
