We live in a residential neighborhood, approx. 30 min. by car to downtown Beijing. Our community has lots of recreational facilities (swimming pool, fitness center, tennis, basketball and squash court), three supermarkets nearby, laundry, post office, business center, restaurants, premium outlet shopping, Starbucks and Subway are within 10 min. walk. There is metro access nearby. The area is safe, and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but not too far from main attractions like the Forbidden City, the Summer Palace, and only a 45 min. drive to The Great Wall.

Nosotros
We have lived in Beijing since August 2008, and enjoy exploring Asia. We have traveled extensively through southeast Asia, but have realized it all comes at a price. We would love to explore more through home exchanges. Our children are still in elementary school and love the outdoors. We are hoping to visit Australia, New Zealand, and some more beaches while we are still on this side of the world.
