Located on the top 7th floor, the Penthouse is on 2 floors has 3 bedroom, 2 baths. The Breathtaking view of the lighted Tibidabo church and the observatory, It is one block to Turo park, one of the oldest parks of Barcelona. There
is an elevator to the 7th floor.

The building is secure with a concierge on weekdays.

The FIRST floor has a living room with an adjoining patio furnished w/ a dining table and comfortable chairs to view the Tibidabo mountain. The newly remodeled kitchen w/ dining table is off the entry and living room. The Master Bedroom is on the first floor with the newly remodeled bathroom.

The SECOND Floor has a newly remodeled bedroom and bathroom with mountain and rooftop views of Bonanova and the Tibidabo mountains. . Additionally there is a salon that is the Formal Living room. There is a patio on the living room side.

My husband and I are semi retired and come here a few months a year because Barcelona is our favorite city. We love to WALK everyday and enjoy the european lifestyle, a far cry from our U.S. west coast residence with a home and garden.

We come here and we are transformed into a different world and lifestyle and sorroundings. We have furnished our home to be comfortably luxurious surrounded by the magnificent views from our bedrooms and patios.

We have grandchildren who are too small to visit for now, but the day they come, there is the Tibidado play area
in the mountain and views we look at every night complete with the lighted cathedral.

Our interests are purely rest and recreation when we are here. We walk, and walk...my husband can easily 6-10 miles walk EVERYDAY ! ( I sometimes call this my "fat farm" as I eat well and walk the pounds away... I love to cook and have enjoyed the fresh seafood and produce that I can get readily within walking distance.

Restaurant cuisine is from simple local faire at our neighborhood restaurants ( Euro 9 - 11.00 per person, complete meals)
to more elaborate specialty restaurants within 10-30 minutes walking from our home.

We hope and look forward to exchange with similar homes in the future.

Most of the time, we exchange for just the two of us. Occasionally, we travel with another couple.
