Nuestra casa
We offer a nice flat near the center of marbella, just renewed last year and almost new. With a terrace, common swimingpool, full-equiped kitchen (oven, fridge, microwave,waching machine,disher,etc.) a living room, 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms with fan over the beds (the living room also has a convert-sofa if nedeed).Garage . The flat is 100m to the beach and Marbella´s promenade seafront, 10 mins walking to the towncenter and in front of Marbella´s park . Taxi stop in front of the house.
Nuestro barrio
Marbella is a very nice, lovely and typical village in Malaga (Andalucía).
The weather is wonderful all the year, you can go to the beach almost all year!
The situation is perfect to enjoy the beach and the mountain, and you'll can do a lot of differents things, sports (golf and water sports) and trekking. Our family lives there and they will help you with any help or information.
It is a very good oportunity to meet the spanish culture and art in the south of Spain. It is 30mins from Malaga, and 1h30min from Cordoba and Granada.

We are e moving to London, and we would like to find any kind of house for exchange as longer as possible.
Nosotros
We are a couple living in London, and we are looking for a exchange of 1 or 2 weeks in february/march, better if house is near east London, for our parents come to visit us. They are senior citizens, very careful and tidy. There would be no problem in non-simultaneos exchange, the house is their second home, and for the moment it is completly free. We made two exchanges last summer and both were wonderful experiences!!
