I will not try and oversell the apartment, as while nice, is not the selling point here. (Even though similar apartments in this area are selling for over 1 million USD.)

The apartment is located on the 7th floor of a 31 floor apartment building. The room is approximately, 70 sq. meters / 700 sq. ft. 3 elevators, so very little waiting time, and the front doors are auto-locked at all times for increased security. (Japan is very safe, though.) The building is located here: 1-4-4 Mita Meguro-ku, Tōkyō-to, Japan

The apartment is a simply-furnished 3 bedroom apartment with a living room/dining area, a kitchen, bathroom and shower/bath unit. There is a flat screen TV, Apple TV, iPad (one will be left for you to use), High Speed Internet and digital library (on the iPad) for you and your family / traveling companions to use. I can also leave a MacBook for you to use if you are not bringing a computer with you.

Watch the trains pass from the windows without hearing them, thanks to the double glass windows and doors. We have 2 young boys, so the apartment is child friendly. Also, there are a lot of children toys.

You are 10 minutes away (incredible walk) from Ebisu train station. Access to hundreds more restaurants and shops. You can access 3 lines that will take you almost anywhere in Tokyo! You are 1 stop from Shibuya and only a few stops from other amazing places in Tokyo.

You will be right next store to the Westin Hotel in Ebisu, which has a direct bus to and from Narita Airport. Simply jump on the bus, and it will take your right to your door step.

We have lived in Japan for over 10 years, and Ebisu is BY FAR the nicest place. You can access the big city, but retreat to cosy Ebisu when things get too intense.

We are a family of 4. Father (Peter, 37), Mother (Lynn, 36), Son (Peter Z, 3) and Son (Gabriel, 1). I, father, am an American ex-pat running a small business here in Japan.
