So here we are and I love it! I can’t get enough of this town. We come in, park the car and usually don’t touch it until we leave. There is so much to do that meets our life style from hiking, eating, site seeing, boating, sailing or watching kite surfing. we take the kids to the movies, walks on the Warf, go to the museums or play at the beach.

The perfect place in the heart of San Francisco for views, transportation and walking, 3 to 8 blocks from all the hotspots from North Beach, China Town, Down Town, Fisherman’s Warf and pier 39 as well as many Night clubs and restaurants. Due to the location you will not need a car, however if you have one there is a one car garage.

Also due to it being one of the warmest and least Foggy parts of San Francisco sitting on the roof top patio (surounded with safty walls), you will enjoy views of Coit Tower, the bay and Golden Gate through the Church Spires, The Trans America building, north beach and Rusian Hill.

Our freshly remodeled condo is a top unit and shares no walls with any other unit in our building. One bedroom, 1 bath and kitchen. I have back issues so I made sure the fold out couch was as comfortable as the ergonomic queen bed. There is a shared washer and dryer and a garage to park your car.

Of course being so centrally located on Telegraph hill and only 1 block from North beach makes a huge difference when getting around either on food or public transportation. Being in one of the warmest places in San Francisco really helps too, but the neighborhood is everything. Even though everyone should be careful in any city, I always feel safe day or night in our neighborhood with our children.

Both my wife and I love to cook and we love to eat out. So trying new food from different countries is inspiring. North Beach is little Italy from fresh bread to Gelato, truffles, pizza, noodles, amazing coffee places, eating outside is always a pleasure. Being so diverse people are friendly and will tell you about more favorite food places.

Or walk a few more blocks and you are in the heart of China town. 5 to 8 blocks away you are in the financial district. We love to walk down the filbert steps and see the lush gardens to the Warf where we can be a tourist and see pier 39 or Fisherman’s Warf. Then there is a easy gradual uphill walk back to our home. Or walk a few blocks to Coit Tower and go to the top on a clear day!

We are a family of four. My wife Stefani and I Ross and two girls 5 Lauren and 9 Alana live in Silicon Valley and own this wonderful condo on Telegraph Hill. Our daughters are considerate and appreciative. I am a property manager and my wife works in banking. Stefani lived in San Francisco for over 15 years and knows almost every street in the city which really helped us find the perfect location.

We are meticulous and responsible people and are looking for similer qualities from others wishing to exchange with us.

We love to travel, eat, hike,ski or just lounge in the tropics. Dive, snorkel, surf, sail or cruise, white water or calm water, we love water. We also love the mountains.
