Our apartment is located in one of the finest areas in Barcelona (Sarrià-Sant Gervasi). It is a very peaceful and charm neighborhood perfectly connected with the city center. We have in the same block two supermarkets and commercial areas, and also a nightlife area. Our apartment is 2 minutes from the underground (metro) and near lots of bus lines to the beach, downtown, Olympic areas, Sagrada Familia, etc. Some of those lines will take you directly to the Barcelona beaches.

The apartment has 110m2 with 20m2 of terraces. It has a very peaceful and practical furniture very suitable for families with children.

If you come with children, we have cradle, a mcclaren trollei, etc. We also have three bikes for children and one for adult. Barcelona is the perfect city for moving around with bike.

Barcelona is one of the most cosmopolitan cities in south Europe with hundreds of activities and possibilities. We are lucky to live in a beautiful city with sea and mountain, as well as culturally exciting.

As we mentioned above, our neighborhood is very peaceful and it is located in one of the finest areas of Barcelona (Sarrià-Sant Gervasi). At the same time we are quite close from the city center (Pza. Catalunya, Ramblas) and perfectly connected by the metro and buses lines. Our flat is 2 minutes from a metro station and with metro you would be in 10 more minutes in the very city center. Barcelona is a small city!

We give you the opportunity of living in the heart of Barcelona but in a quiet area where you could live as a real barceloní. Sarrià-Sant Gervasi is also a commercial area where you can find supermarkets and traditional markets, shops, etc.

Barcelona is quite an exciting city full of thing to do both if you like city life or your prefer enjoying the beach or the mountain (Montseny is 40min from here, and Pirineos 1'30h). You also have all the olympic area, Sagrada Familia, Ramblas, etc.

My wife (Beatriz) and I (Nacho) have 4 children (8, 5, 3 and 1 year). I am a lawyer and my wife is art teacher and photographer. We like very much traveling and we have had very great experiences traveling with children.

Beatriz loves art and she is a great painter and photographer, very creative with children. I love music, nature and sports.

In summer, we are planning to go to England or even USA to spend at least one month in July or August. We want to spend the summer vacation in an English speaking country because we have to improve our English for professional reasons.
