The house is inside a condominium of 9 houses, 30 m of Whale´s beach. Two balconys, four living rooms, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, americam kitchen fully equipped. External Lounge.
Satellite TV. Private garden and garage. Swimming pool. Barbecue area in the rear balcony. Grass area to play football, volleyball. Bikes available. One minute walking to the beach.
We also can rent the house. Please ask for prices if you are interested. Carnival/Christimas/New year/January (High season) . July (median season) and february to june and august to november ( low season)

Whale´s Beach (Praia da Baleia) is located in the North Shore of São Paulo State, one of the most beautiful parts of the coast of Brazil, named Costa dos Alcatrazes. The coast is surronded by the Serra do Mar (huge range of mountains with a rainforest ) .
You can arrive in the house coming from São Paulo (2, 5 hours driving) and Santos (1, 5 hours) getting the road that links Santos to Rio de Janeiro. The house is 4 hours driving to Rio de Janeiro.
The region is very close to beatiful islands easy to get by small boats. Close to Ilhabela (1 hour driving) and Paraty ( 3 hours driving) .
Less than minutes from home, you can find some of famous seafood restaurants in Brazil like Manacá, Tiê and Acqua.
You can arrive in the house coming from São Paulo (2, 5 hours driving) and Santos (1, 5 hours) getting the road that links Santos to Rio de Janeiro. The house is 4 hours driving to Rio de Janeiro.

Luis, 53, and Lucia, 51 are married 28 years ago. We have two sons, Lucas, 25 years old and Caio ,24 years.
Some years ago we built our paradise in Whale´s beach where the boys grew up and had a lot of fun and experiences in the last 16 years.
Lucia is an architect and Luis is an Engineer.
As Luis works in an University, we have received friends from a lot of countries of the world. ALL of then falled in love with Brazil, our region and our vacation house.
