Two beautiful apartments situated in the Luxury Resort of Pacific Blue at Port Stephens.

Apartment 1... is a One Bedroom fully self contained hotel style apartment with kitchen and laundry facilities. Has a very large entertaining balcony which is connected to the resorts swimming pool (The largest swimming pool in the southern Hemisphere) and allows access from the balcony to the poolside decks with direct access into the swimming pool. Queen size bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge room. Sleeps up to 4 people.

Apartment 2...is a Two Bedroom Villa with fully self contained kitchen and access to a shared laundry. This Villa has a small gardened back yard which overlooks the swimming pool. Queen size bed in the master bedroom, twin singles in the second bedroom and a sofa bed in the lounge room. Sleeps up to 6 people.

Smoking is allowed in the outdoor areas only.

Corlette (our suburb) is one of the areas of Beautiful Port Stephens, which is the Blue Water Paradise of New South Wales mid-north coast. Just a 2.5 hour drive north of Sydney via the Newcastle Freeway will put you into the heart of Port Stephens, a holiday playground with something to offer everyone.
Port Stephens boasts a waterway, two and a half times the size of Sydney Harbour featuring crystal blue waters suitable to almost every watersport imaginable. Port Stephens has about eighty resident bottlenose dolphins and many other interesting sea creatures. Any journey across the water usually involves a close encounter.
Around the area of Port Stephens we have some of the most fantastic beaches you’ll see anywhere in the world and we are only one hours drive from the fabulous Hunter Valley Vineyard area for all those good wine lovers.

Our Resort is only minutes from sporting venues, shopping centers, fabulous restaurants and wonderful attractions in the area.
Because this is a second home and we live only 12 minutes away, if we are home when you are here we will be happy to show you around the area and help you settle in. If we are not here, we have many friends and family if you would like to meet local people.

We are happy to consider almost any exchange as we have had wonderful trips through home exchange and definitely have the "travel bug". We may or may not travel with any or all of our (young adult) children so please don't hesitate to make an offer. We are more likely not to have them with us. Our Children would like to travel using our exchange home as well so you may receive a request from them too.

If you are interested in any exchange preferably NON-simultaneous for us, I am happy for suggestions.
If we should be at home when you make your trip to us then we will certainly endeavor to offer you all the support we can give by way of pick-up from the airport, vehicle, our personal tennis court use, etc. etc.

Hello I am Catherine. My husband Matthew, and I are business people who own and run Our Own Companies. We employ around 50 staff. We also invest in property development, which I manage.
We are very honest and respectable and we are extremely clean and caring of our own home and of anyone else’s. We are NON-SMOKERS and in our early 50's.
We enjoy just about anything life has to offer and we have had some wonderful experiences over the years from white water rafting and snow skiing to mountain climbing, playing golf and many sports, with still much more to experience. We love most sports and enjoy sharing time and playing games/cards with our family and friends.
We love the theatre, music, museums, sight seeing, tennis, jet skiing, and visiting other parts of the world. In 2003 we experienced a fabulous trip to Paris for our 20th Wedding Anniversary where we renewed our vows to each other. For our 25th Wedding Anniversary in March 2008 we were in Venice, Italy and experienced a wonderful trip, mostly through home exchanges. 30th coming up next year and we will be looking for places in Dubai and Ireland through March/April.

We have 2 daughters 28 & 26 and 2 sons 23 & 21.
We also now have two grandchilden. A girl by our eldest daughter and a boy by our second daughter!

Our eldest son is in business with My husband and I in a new building company while our youngest is currently completing his Plumbing apprenticeship and will be working with us in that business.

We now hope to experience some more wonderful traveling with our adult children and families. And sometimes without them. Each trip will be different numbers.
Our family are most respectful and caring of any home we might visit. Our children may also request home exchanges with our apartments for their own exchange trips as well.
