Nuestra casa
Cozy two story, older craftsman-style home on the corner of two tree-lined streets. Enjoy the ambiance of a small-town neighborhood from the front porch swing, or the privacy of the sheltered back yard from the hammock on our shaded deck.
The house has three bedrooms and a full bath upstairs, and downstairs a living room/office, fitness space, half-bath and an open kitchen/family room with woodstove. Views from the breakfast table, set at a bay window, often include antics of squirrels and birds at the backyard birdbath and feeders.
Nuestro barrio
Our home is well located for exploring the town by foot, bicycle or car. We're two blocks from a city park with public outdoor pool, wonderful children's playground, and BMX track. A seven to nine block walk brings you to the library, town square, and downtown area which boasts restaurants, coffee shops, movie theatre, bookstores and numerous specialty shops (visit www. fairfieldiowa. com for more details) . Five minutes away by car is the Maharishi University of Management campus with its two Golden Domes and examples of Maharishi Sthapatya-veda architecture.

Candace is a retired teacher working part time in an investment brokerage. Dennis is a CAD project engineer with a waterjet fabrication company. We enjoy kayak touring, bicycling, motorcycling, and hiking.
