Nuestra casa
Our apartment is a large 960 sq ft (90 M2) penthouse with a large terrace, covered with flowered plants and schrubs.
The 3 bedrooms have double beds. One of them has a view on the garden terrace.
The kitchen is brand new and complete with all siemens and sholtes appliances. Oven microwave oven, steam oven, dishwasher and all professional chef equipment you could imagine (Kitchen Aid, Magimix, Bamix…)
The private terrace is quiet and spacious (1180 sq ft /110 m2), very pleasant to live outside from may to septembre. It has an outdoor dining table ; a sitting area for reading ; a third place has two rest beds, hidden from view for sunbathing.
You will find all the confort to live outside : parasols, chairs, harmchairs, cushions. An automatic watering system takes care of several collections of plants

Our home is located in the 19th area of Paris, recent quarter with a multicultural environnement.
Next to Parc de la Villette and Canal de la villette (ideal for jogging and pretty walk in the summer),
By near is located the Science and Industry museum. (third museum visited in Paris)
100 meters from the flat you can find bakeries, food shops, supermarket and pharmacies.
A local outdoor foodmarket twice a week sells all fresh produces.
The flat is at 100m from subway (Crimée station)
Center town is direct by subway : Opéra/Galeries Lafayette 13 min, Louvre 16 min, Chatelet/Hotel de ville/Marais/Ile de la cité 18 minutes.... and half hour of any place. (7th line).
