Our home is spacious and comfortable, especially for young families with children. It's 150 square meters, divided over three floors. Two of the three bedrooms are 'fully equipped' childrens rooms. The third bedroom is the masterbedroom. The garden is a childrensparadise with lots of toys, a swing, big trampoline and a lot of space. The garden has two sunny decks, plenty of sunshine and shade under the trees. Plenty space for playing, BBQ etc.
The living room is spacious, the kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, cooker, induction cooking ring, steamer and microwave) is new, and the bathroom (large bath, shower etc. ) is modern and comfortable. There are two TVs, stereo,DVD-player,WIIplayer an lots of toys.Wooden floors downstairs and carpet on the second and third floor.We have a front, side and backyard, with parkingspace for three cars. In front of our house is a playground, no traffic accept for the twelve houses in our block.We are non smokers and prefer it if you did'nt smoke inside the house.

Our house is located in a new part of Amersfoort, called Vathorst. It is a newly built house in a new area with lots of playgrounds and young families. It is very green, quiet and safe place. Amersfoort is full of nice restaurants, small art galeries, nice shops, museums and lots of cultural events in the summer. We also have a beautiful zoo and nice natural pools in this area. Amsterdam and Utrecht are only a 30 minutes drive away. Many other interesting cities such as Rotterdam and The Hague are only 1 hour away. There are lots of bike paths throughout Holland, you can go everywhere by bike. We have bikes for two adults and two children.The beach is about 1,5 hours away, forests and lakes are even closer.

Holland is a country with many lakes, canals and water (think about the Delta works and all the dikes)where you can rent a boat for the day and sail or motor around.

You can use our home as a base to explore Europe. A weekend trip to London, Edinburgh, Dublin, Paris, Berlin, Prague, Rome is just a few hours away by car or air. And charter flights are inexpensive for any of these places.

Because our kids go to school we can only travel during vacation and weekend trips.
We are looking for a nice warm destination for december ( 18th-jan.1)

Because we travel with young children we would like to exchange our house with another house that is child-friendly.We prefer places near the beach. For december we are looking for a place to go skiing.

We are also interested in a long weekend Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Venice etc.

My Husband, Frits, is a bussiness consultant, loves sailing and biking. I am a childrens psychologist and I love Cuban music and horseback riding.

We have 2 kids, a boy named Kai, he is 6. He loves to ride his bike and to play with is wooden trains. Sanne is our doughter, she is 10. She loves to dance and is in love with at least ten horses, she's into horse back riding. We love skiing and beaches for the summertime. We love city's like Barcelona and Paris.We live 30 minutes from amsterdam and Utrecht. Our kids are as well mannered as possible at this age and we would all take care of your home as if it was ours.We have a dog, Raiza, she's a berner sennen dog. Sometimes we like to take her with us and sometimes she stays with a family that takes care of her. Your dog is welcome in our house.
