Nostra casa è davanti il parco Monte Reale. Montreal ha molti festivali in estate. Sono molti musei e ottimi restauranti.

Our home is located within ten minutes from downtown Montréal,close to the mont royal park.It has high ceilings and wooden floors.The finished basement has a family room with tv and internet.On the ground floor are the parlor, the dining room, the kitchen and the powder room.On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms and the bathroom. Situated on a tanquil street facing a large park.Can accommodate 6 persons.On the rear a large patio, at the ground floor level, is used in summer for meals; with a BBQ.
Notre maison a 3 chambres et toutes les commodités de la vie moderne.Un voiture toyota ( matrix ou camry peut faire partie de l'échange)

Notre maison est en face du parc du mont-Royal, Montréal. Cette ville est vivante ,en été, à cause de nombreux festivals.Elle a des musées, de très bons restaurants. Elle est à 2.5 heures de route de Québec et d'Ottawa.Notre résidence secondaire dans les laurentides est à 1.5 heure de route.

Our country cottage near the Mont Tremblant ski area is also available. The cottage ,opened year round, is situated on a 2 km long lake with pristine water.Spring and summer activities( golf, tennis, fishing, water sports) are available as well as winter activities( skiing,trekking, and snowshoeing).
The cottage has: 4 bedrooms,kitchen,dining and a living rooom as well as 2 bathrooms. A well screened veranda permits outdoor eating from May to November,with BBQ.
