Ampio soggiorno con grandi finestre e portico,camino,grande cucina con lavastoviglie .2 camere da letto soppalco,2 bagni.Portico ,giardino con alberi e fiori.Il luogo si presta a belle passeggiate tra le viti ,escursioni ai piccoli affascinanti borghi del piacentino e pavese .Ed è bello prendere il sole in giardino ,leggere o riposare sull'amaca...A pochi km si trovano piccole ma gradevoli piscine comunali e per un bagno nel fiuume si può raggiungere il fiume Trebbia.

It is a comfortable one floor house, full of light, suitable for peaceful, relaxing holidays surrounded by nature.
Wide living room, with big windows and a porch, fireplace, big kitchen with dishwasher, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a mansard with two more beds.

There’s also a porch and a garden with trees and flowers.
The place offers many opportunities for walks in the vineyards, excursions to fascinating old villages in Piacenza and the Pavia area.

Also relaxing to sunbathe in the garden, and to read or relax on the hammock.
Small public swimming pools are within a few km and if you like taking a bath in ariver, the banks of Trebbia river can be easily reached.

La casa si trova in un piccolo paese di collina,immerso nei vigneti dell'Oltrepò pavese:negozio per alimentari in paese,supermercati a pochi Km, rinomate cantine con vini DOC e ottimi ristoranti in zona.A 30 Km Città d'Arte come Pavia e Piacenza.Milano a 60 Km.
Il facile accesso all'autostrada consente di raggiungere in 30,90 minuti città come Piacenza,Pavia,Milano, ,Brescia, Cremona,Parma,Modena,Bologna. Inoltre la campagna piacentina ricca di Borghi ridenti e Castelli con la sua famosa tradizione gastronomica è a 30-40 minuti da casa. Ottime trattorie , ristoranti e cantine sono a pochi minuti da casa .Possibili belle gite in bicicletta tra i vigneti e per le colline.

The property is in a small hilly village, surrounded by vineyards, in the Oltrepò Pavese area: a food shop is available in the village; supermarkets are within a few km, well known wineries offering DOC wines and typical gourmet restaurants are the hilights of this area.
Art cities like Pavia and Piacenza are within 30 km, Milan within 60km
Easy access to the highway allows to get to cities like: Milano, Pavia. Como,Mantova, Parma, Modena and Bologna and Genova in 120-180 min.
It is worth to point out that the countryside of Piacenza (30')is rich in charming villages and castles….It also worths to mention that excellent eateries, wineries and restaurants are within a few minutes from home
Possibility of bike ridings up and down the hills.

The offered property is a holiday house so it is available all the year long, though we would suggest to take advantage of spring/ summer/fall time since the landscape is more beautiful then.

Per il momento ancora lavoro e ho libero tutto il mese di agosto ,2 settimane a fine dicembre,ma posso anche organizzamii su altre date.
La mia casa è una seconda casa e quindi lo scambio può anche non essere simultaneo.

For moment I still work ,usually my holidays are during the month of August and the last two weeks of December. Nevertheless, we could try and arrange for other dates.
The home is a holiday house so the home exchange doesn’t need to be simultaneous.
