Nuestra casa
Our home is a spacious, yet cosy two-story house (160sq. m./1800 sq. ft.). There are 4 bedrooms, two baths, a large livingroom/diningroom and a very nice patio in the garden. The area is a child-friendly, quiet neighborhood. The house is located about 10km south of Gothenburg in one of its nicest suburbs, Näset. The ocean is a short 5 min walk away with regular bus transportations (2/hour) directly into town.
We have such things as computer with high speed internet adn WiFi, 2 big screen TVs, DVD-player, surround sound, cable TV with ESPN, etc.

Gothenburg is the second largest city in Sweden and a very popular place to visit both among Swedes and foreigners. Situated on the beautiful west coast with its stunning archipelago, it's the ideal place for a vacation. Gothenburg offers a great variety of restaurants, cafés and pubs and is also the home of Liseberg, the largest amusement park in Scandinavia. There is also a famous opera, several well known museums, many beautiful parks and excellent shopping. Nearby are beautiful lakes and forests for hiking, and trips to the ocean for a stroll and a swim or a boatride in the archipelago are but minutes away!

You will be free to use our car a Saab 9-5 during your stay. We will also probably be able to arrange for you to be picked up at the airport.
Our dog will be cared for by friends and neighbours in event of any exchange. You are free to bring your own dog!
We would like you not to smoke inside the house or car but feel free to do so on the patio.

Martin (age 35) works in sales for a small medical company in Gothenburg, Tina (age 32) as a store manager for a home textiles company. We have a 2,5 year old boy, Dag, born in November 2007 and a 1 year old daughter, Ingrid, born in August, 2009. We also live with our charming Basset Hound, Napoleon. Martin enjoys golf and other sports while Tina devotes her time to the dog, friends and shopping with the odd bit of gardening thrown in...
We had a lovely time in South Carolina in 2007 and had guests from Tuscany that year also. In 2009 we spent 2 months in Tampa, Florida. We think this is a great way to meet new friends and discover the world!
