Se trata de una chalet adosado en el Novo Sancti Petri de 8 años de construcción con 4 dormitorios (uno de ellos de servicio), dos baños, salon, cocina y porche en una urbanización privada con tan solo 22 vecinos. Dispone de preciosas vistas al mar y al campo de golf que la rodea. La urbanización está a menos de 500m de la playa de la Barrosa que con 7 km de longitud y una anchura media de 60m es una de las más bellas de la costa española. La urbanización, cerrada, cuenta en sus jardines con piscina y dos pistas de paddle tenis. Se encuentra rodeada de tres campos de golf de 18 hoyos, varias hipicas y centros deportivos. Tenemos 6 bicicletas.

This is a terraced house in a high standard and quiet resort in Spain, Novo Sancti Petri. The house consists of four bedrooms (one small for service) on two floors, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc) .
The upper floor has a big balcony and the lower floor a terrace and a garden, ideal for having a meal outdoors, and is also provided with wooden sunbeds.
The house borders the golf course and has a splendid sea view both from the garden and the balcony.
There is a LCD TV in the living room with limited satellite TV.
The beach is 500 metres from the house, the golf club 400m.
The development has a children's playground, two paddle-tennis courts, a large garden and a swimming pool.

La casa se encuentra en el Novo Sancti Petri, urbanización de lujo al borde del mar en el municipio de Chiclana de la Frontera, a 30 km de Cádiz. Cuenta con 3 campos de golf a escasos metros y una de las mejores playas de la peninsula, La Barrosa.
A pocos kilometros está Cadiz, capital andaluza de referencia y Jerez de la Frontera. El Caballo, el Vino, el Brandy y el Flamenco, son tópicos de Andalucía y España, y rasgos diferenciadores propios.

La Barrosa beach stretches along eight kilometers of fine sand, from the little island of Sancti-Petri to the tower of El Puerco.
The first stretch of La Barrosa is a built-up area, with a promenade provided with all type of services and touristic equipments: bars, restaurants, a comercial centre, etc; in a second stretch, starting in the urbanization called “Complejo Atlántico”, La Barrosa is a wild beach.
La Barrosa enjoys the Blue Flag for the Clean Beaches of Europe since this reward was created. This beautiful beach is considered one of the best in the Andalusian coast, due to its fine and clean sand, the clearness of its water and the beautiful dunes and cliffs that characterize its wild area.
Next to this beach is the area of Sancti Petri, which has a pleasure harbour and fishing ports, a yatch club, sailing and windsurfing schools, a dry dock. an infirmary and a ferry service for sea excursions.

There is a shopping center 600 metres from the house and there are many sport facilities close at hand: tennis (chiclana.com/heit), horse-riding (www. hipica-novo.com), surf, two golf courses (36 holes, www. golf-novosancti.es and 18, golflomas.com, the last one opened in summer 2006), biking (with an unique cycle track all around the resort), from sailing to diving and every kind of water sport (www.novojet.net) and all sort of first range facilities: beauty, spa, and health centres (www.naturecentersanctipetri.com, among others), etc.
Tarifa, an European main point for windsurfing and kite surfing is 40 km. National Park of Doñana, one of the most emblematic national parks in Europe is in Cádiz (visitasdonana. com) .

Fortunately Chiclana has managed to escape the mass tourism of the Costa del Sol and remains unspoilt, natural and very picturesque.

The climate is one of Cadiz best features with endless days of sunshine even during the winter months temperatures rarely fall below 20 degrees. With more than three thousand hours of sunshine, fine sandy beaches, blue sea, the Costa de la Luz (the Coast of Light) is an ideal holiday location.
For the nature lovers, is situated in the middle of the Parque natural with two hundred hectares of pine forest which form one part of the three ecosystems in the area. The endangered species of the chameleon along with other reptiles and birds of immense variety can be found in the forest. Andalusia’s wildlife is the most varied in Europe, with fauna and flora in protected areas. The area boasts of two Natural parks, the Sierra de Grazalema and El Coto Donaña, both within driving distance and well worth a visit.

There are many interesting places to visit in the nearby: Cádiz (35 km), Jerez de la Frontera (50 km), Sevilla (125 km), the so called "white villages" (Arcos de la Frontera, Vejer de la Frontera), Medina Sidonia, Bolonia (Baelo Claudia as it was known in Roman times), etc.
The enviroment has been a main concern in Cadiz, and those interested in mountaineering or hiking can enjoy the Sierras: Grazalema and Los Arconocales (www.alcornocales.org), both members of the European Charter for sustainable tourism in protected aereas (www.europarc.org).
Jerez de la Frontera is connected to London (Stansted) and Frankfurt Hahn by Ryanair and there are many other airlines that fly to Berlin, Hannover, etc (Air Berlin, among others). Starting in March 07: Dublin, Hamburg, Copenhagen, Helsinki, Amsterdam etc. Málaga is 220 km and has a much wider range of connections with Europe. Sevilla has quite a few connections to Europe.

The house in the "Costa de la Luz" (Andalucía) is located on one of the best complexes in Novo Sancti Petri and are set in elegantly landscaped gardens golf courses and surrounded by pine forests. One of the loveliest aspects of the house is that they are just a short walk from a gorgeous beach which is one of the best in southern Spain, playa La Barrosa.

Somos una familia con 4 niños de 15, 13, 12 y 8 años. Mi marido trabaja en una compañía de telecomunicaciones y yo en un Banco. Vivimos en Madrid y la casa que intercambiamos es nuestra segunda vivienda. Por ello, en principio, podemos realizar el intercambio en cualquier epoca del año, aunque a nosotros nos gustaría viajar durante las Navidades, los puentes o especialmente en Semana Santa. Nos encantan los deportes: el padle, el tenis, la vela y el esquí.

I am 43 years old. I work in Madrid for a english bank and my husband is 42 and works in a big french company. We are well traveled and enjoy seeing new places and meeting new people. We are very courteous, respectful of others and would treat your property as we would want ours to be treated. We do not smoke and prefer non-smokers but if you do smoke, that's o-k, I would just ask for you to smoke outdoors. We are responsible and reliable individuals, very respectful of other people's property and feelings, we will take good care of your home just as we would expect you to take care of ours
We travel with our 4 kids (15, 13, 12, 8 yrs), it depends on the place and posibilities...but our children are tidy and well-behaved.
