Stylish and comfy 1157 sq. ft. 2br (1 is a nursery/children's room, though we could replace their beds with bunk beds to accommodate 2 older children), 2 bath home with enclosed Solarium (for great views and/or sitting/reading) 7th floor condominium in Vancouver's most exclusive high-rise neighborhood. It's a non smoking home, we are non smokers, but friends (and you) can smoke in the solarium with the inner door closed and the windows wide open. However, smoking downstairs in the garden would be ideal for us. Lovely city view (we're higher than most, and can see for miles in some directions. Great sunrises, and beautiful reflected sunsets. Master Bedroom has ensuite, with California King size bed. In Suite Laundry, Cable TV, everything you'd expect in a primary residence. 15 year old security building, very well maintained. Best suited to a couple, a small child, and a child in crib, or just one couple, as there is only 1 large bed, 1 crib/toddler bed, and 1 toddler bed. A second couple or another person could sleep on the pullout sofa bed in the living room, which is comfortable, it would need to be pulled out and put away everyday in order to enjoy the space.

Nuestro barrio
2 blocks from an organic grocery and a full size drug store, some of Vancouver's best restaurants, and shopping. Walk a couple blocks in the other direction and you'll find more of the same, more shopping, great restaurants, movie theaters, the ballet, the symphony, etc. Walk a few blocks towards the Ocean and you'll find everything you could ever want in a city including beaches and parks, boat rentals, bike rentals, and the greatest of them all the Granville Island boat ferries that take you to and from Granville Island leaving every 15 minutes. If you drive or take a train/bus you can get to Whistler for Skiing or Hiking, head inland to the lakes or to the nearby mountains for hiking and climbing. Public golf courses are a drive away, pitch and put is available in Stanley Park (5 minute drive away). Stanley Park is a must see when in Vancouver! If you can think of it, you can probably do it in or very near Vancouver, just depends on the time of year. It's an amazing city!
We are located on Cambie St, between Nelson and Smithe. We are located 3 walking blocks from BC Place, GM Place,and we are across the water from the Olympic Village. We are 5 blocks from Granville St, 2 blocks from Davie St, 1 block from Robson St, and 2 blocks from Pacific. Walk 2 blocks and you'll find a grocery store, a drug store, liquor store, clothing stores, cafes, a park, a book store, some of the best restaurants in Vancouver, night clubs, Starbucks, and best of all the ferries to Granville Island and also the Sea Wall that wraps around the water all the way to Stanley park and back!! Yaletown is the best place to live in Vancouver.
