Our beautiful home is nestled in an upscale neighborhood in Dana Point, Orange County, California, about 6 miles south of Laguna Beach. With 3 bedrooms, 2 with sets of twin beds each and 1 master bedroom, it is the perfect family vacation home. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 in the master bedroom. The den is fully equipped with cable television, a VCR, and a DVD player. The spacious living room has a fireplace and is open to the dining room, as well as the kitchen through two entryways. There are 3 access points, one from the den, the front door and the kitchen, to the pool and the front of the house. The living room, dining room and master bedroom have full wall windows that view the petite back garden. There is also a two car garage, which will include one car for your use.

One block from the home, there is a clubhouse, large pool, basketball court, tennis courts, handball wall, and volleyball court. There is also a child play area and a large field. The neighbors are all very friendly and the neighborhood is quiet at night. The beach, which the community has private access to, is a short walk away (about 8 minutes). It’s excellent for swimming, tidepooling, jogging, boogey boarding (we have those for your use), body surfing, surfing and people watching. For those who are interested we are 15 min. from the San Juan Capistrano Mission historic district. Within walking distance are excellent birdwatching, hiking trails and a library, as well as being adjacent to the 5 star Ritz-Carlton hotel. The community of Laguna Beach is the home to many art galleries and shows.

The city of Dana Point is a beach community centered around the Dana Point Harbor. At the harbor one can find opportunities for dining, sailing, kayaking, shops, whale/dolphin watching cruises, fishing trips and an excellent Ocean Institute. Also, within 15 minutes of the house there are a number of grocery stores, movie theaters, and shopping centers.

20 minutes to San Onofre (world famous surf spot)
45 minutes to Disneyland
1 and ½ hours to Hollywood and Beverly Hills
1 hour to San Diego (including the San Diego Zoo, Sea World, Lego Land, and the Wild Animal Park)
1 and ½ hours to Mexico
