Our apartment is 90 m. on 3d floor with elevator (our building has 8 floor).
Our house is located in the suburbs of Rome near the south-east, is very well connected by public transport and bus station.
In about 20 minutes you can reach the center of Rome by Underground line A.
If you come to Rome with your car our apartment has a private parking space, so no problems to park.
We have 3 bedrooms.
A double bedroom for us, and two bedrooms of my children.
in the bedroom of my children you can add another bed.
In the lounge there is a sofa bed that has a double bed for two people.
There are two bathrooms, a terrace along the apartment with a nice table and chairs where you can eat while enjoying the cool .. There are tents that shelter from the sun and give you enough peace and privacy.

Rome is a very big city, we live in the south close to the Cinecittà Films Studios, is a neighborhood in the suburbs but very well connected by subway you can reach in 20 minutes Piazza di Spagna, Via Condotti, Via del Corso, the Parliament, the Station Termini and by bus to go to Piazza Navona, Colosseum, Piazza Farnese, Piazza Campo dei Fiori. etc..
Our neighborhood is pretty quiet, there is little smog and if you love to run and play sports there are many parks and gardens where you can download your energies.
At about 100 meters from the house there Carrefour supermarket opened in August, there are cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, various shops all within walking distance in 5 minutes.

We ask you, if possible, to bring with us our beloved cat, Camilla, she is very timid and shy, so we prefer to take her with us, we assure you that we will make sure that does not damage anything and we will take care to maintain your home clean and tidy, we put the litter box (even at our home!) on the terrace.
