La casa
Bright roof-top apartment surrounded by terrace.
Located in a modern building aged 10 years old.
Our appartment is 100 square meters with 4 bedrooms, large windows.
We live on the last floor/roof-top of the building, so we have plenty of light and sun.
Our apartment has been painted all in white a year ago, with wooden floor in all rooms, and is organised to be very practical with cupboards in each room.
Our appartment is surrounded by 60 square meter terrace, divided in two parts.
The main terrace (surrounding the living room-kitchen and parents’ bedroom) is planted with bamboos, has sundecks, a dining table for 8, Weber gas barbecue, outside heater...
From April onwards, it is room in itself; we usually have lunch and diner outside.
The building is very quite, there is absolutely no sounds, and no neighboor above us as we are on the last floor.
We have
- a parents’ ensuite :1 bedroom with a king-size bed 1 bathroom with toilet and shower, labtop computer with Internet Wifi and printer. From this bedroom, you can directly access the planted terrace.
- a living-room with 3 bow windows, with direct access to the terrace. TV, Cabasse Hi-Fi & CDs, cable and free phone to many countries, our couch is convertible on a twin size bed. Our decoration is a mix of asian furniture (we have spend 4 years in HK), and antique "Fauteuil club".
- a Yamaha piano in the corridor children guitar( Silent system included so as to play at night without bothering the surroundings...)
- an open kitchen , brand new and well-equiped (fridge, de dietrich "induction" oven, combined dryer and washing-machine, expresso machine etc..). Also direct access to the terrace.
The 2nd side of the apartment accessible through the corridor is the kids area:
three bedrooms with single beds and CD music player in each room(one with a laptop and CD roms), bathroom and separate toilets.
This side is also surrounded by a terrace. We live it almost empty for the kids to play on : children "tente", play-doh, roller blade...
A storage room is also accessible through this terrace.

In the common area, on the ground floor with direct acces to the street, our 5 bicycles : 2 adults one aged 4-7 / one for 6-9 / one 8-13.
We have two parkings. Car availability to be discussed ( 5-seater Renault 308 with 2 children car-seats).

Our flat is the perfect venue for both discovering Paris and enjoying the summer : terrace close to Boulogne outdoor Pool and Parc de Saint Cloud- The Seine river.
